Paxion: A Nonkilling Superhero proposal, by Francisco Gomes de Matos
Given the plethora of superheroes and considering that a universal nonkilling paradigm is being cogently advocated by Glenn D. Paige, a plea is made herein film/television/comic-book artists to create a new kind of Superhero to be named “Paxion”, with the following distinguishing humanizing attributes:
- Being a champion for a nonkilling Humankind
- Being able to change violent, destructive, killing act(ion)s into nonviolent, constructive, nonkilling act(ion)s
- Being able to change violent people into peace-loving nonkiling human beings
- Being able to communicate peacefully, nonkillingly in all languages
Proposals for such innovative superhero should be sent to the Center for Global Nonkilling. An Arts Committee would select the three best proposals and award each participant a Certificate of Nonkilling Creativity. The Center will also provide the possibilities for global dissemination of such pieces.
